Dave was in South Africa, from Australia, on a business trip in
March 2010

The 3 of us were all radio techs. Dave and I spent some time in the
IS (Internal Security) Hangar at New Sarum where we became
rather good friends.

I had not seen Dave or Geoff for close to 35 years.
When we met it was as if it had been only a mere number of weeks
that had passed.

Other than the 3 of us getting a bit grey, not much else has changed.

Baldy and Barbara Baldwin Visit Napier

Baldy (Malcolm) and Barbara from Hermanus in visited Trisha and I in Napier and took us to lunch. A marvellous time was enjoyed by us.



Sincere thanks to Baldy and Barbara for their visit and to those that remember Baldy, be assured he has not changed and remains a fun filled chap.

Reunion in Cape Town

Charlie Aust, last Commanding officer of the First Battalion Rhodesian Light Infantry (1RLI) and Neill Storey visited South Africa to attend the 1RLI birthday party in Durban in February 2010, and thereafter they visited Cape Town to visit friends that they had served with.
